Do I have to use my credit card online to order?

No. Currently we are accepting orders by phone or via email. Simply give us a call at 1-866-999-9220 to place your secure order with a customer service representative. You may also email your order to sales@connectaworld.com.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Absolutely, however shipping and handling fees do not include any international duties, customs, import fees or taxes. We recommend contacting the customs office in the destination country for information on additional fees you may incur. When placing your order, we will provide you with a shipping estimate.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept unused, packaged, returns with in 10 days of the receiving date. Connect-A-World is not responsible for return shipping costs. If delivery is refused, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Will the colour of the mats I receive be the same colour as shown online?

We do our very best to ensure accurate colour representation of our products online, however due to wide variances in monitors, print settings, and resolution, we cannot guarantee a 100% match.

How do I clean my Connect-A-Mats?

One of the best features of Connect-A-Mats is their easy care and maintenance. Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth, or for a more thorough wash, gentle soap and water will do the trick!

Is there anything else I need to know before using my Connect-A-Mats?

Yes, we would like you to enjoy your Connect-A-Mats for many years to come so please note: -High heels and sharp objects can puncture mats. Connect-A-Rug mats would be a better choice for areas where high heels will be worn. - Do not leave mats in direct sunlight or water, this can result in expansion and curling.
